“I wanted to again express how pleased I was with your attention to detail during the mediation today. You were well prepared and ready to go. It showed that you knew this case when you discussed Mrs. Tanner’s complaints, what was said during the office visits and what we would be considering. I also appreciated in your opening statement about how sorry our client was that the incident occurred and how we wanted to get this resolved.
Even though the case did not settle, you did an excellent job hammering home our strengths and the holes/weakness in their case.
