Jeffrey M. Wasick is a partner at Gray, Rust, St. Amand, Moffett & Brieske in Atlanta, Georgia. He practices civil defense litigation focusing on premises liability, products liability, and commercial general liability. Jeff earned his J.D. from Emory University School of Law and his undergraduate degree, summa cum laude, from Kent State University.
Jeff’s practice includes defending retailers, property managers, and manufacturers against claims at all levels. Jeff’s successes in defending such claims have come at appellate and trial court levels in federal and state forums.
Jeff is admitted to practice in both state and federal courts across Georgia, including the State and Superior Courts of Georgia, the Court of Appeals of Georgia, the Supreme Court of Georgia, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Georgia, and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
