Biography

Will Martin joined Gray, Rust, St. Amand, Moffett & Brieske, LLP as an associate in January 2011. Since 2006, his practice has focused exclusively on litigation, and he has extensive experience representing businesses, individuals, and insurance carriers in a variety of areas. Mr. Martin has successfully defeated claims against his clients in cases involving products liability, elevator accidents, trucking and automobile accidents, asbestos exposure, medical malpractice, mold contamination, and premises liability. On multiple occasions, he has successfully defended awards of summary judgment for his clients on appeal. Where appropriate, Mr. Martin has advised clients with respect to settlement value and effectively represented clients in mediation to settle contested claims. Mr. Martin is admitted to practice before all Georgia state courts, the Georgia Court of Appeals, the United States District Courts for the Northern and Middle Districts of Georgia, the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, and the Supreme Court of Georgia.

Mr. Martin is a graduate of the University of Georgia School of Law, where he was an active member of the Mock Trial Board and an officer in Phi Alpha Delta. While in law school, Mr. Martin studied international and comparative law at St. Anne’s College, Oxford University, England, as part of the inaugural class of the UGA Law at Oxford program. He earned his undergraduate degree from Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas, where he was a President’s Scholar.

Mr. Martin resides in Atlanta, Georgia with his wife Fielding and their two dogs.
