Andrea joined Gray, Rust, St. Amand, Moffett & Brieske as an associate in 2021. She currently focuses her practice on civil defense, including premises liability, construction, and insurance defense. Prior to joining the firm, Andrea defended individuals and corporations in civil matters, including automobile negligence, insurance coverage, and bad faith. She also practiced as a public defender for several years before switching to civil practice.
Andrea graduated from New York University cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and American Literature and minors in Journalism, Africana Studies, and Creative Writing. Andrea also graduated from City College of the City University of New York High Honors with a Master of Science in Education and taught high school in Harlem, New York and New Orleans, Louisiana before starting law school.
Andrea graduated from the University of Georgia School of Law. While in law school, Andrea served as president of the Black Law Student’s Association and participated in Frederick Douglas Moot Court Competition and the William Daniel Mock Trial Competition.

Andrea is admitted to practice in both state and federal courts, including the Court of Appeals of Georgia, the Supreme Court of Georgia, and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. She is also a member of the Gate City Bar Association and Georgia Defense Lawyers Association.
Pro Bono & Community Involvement
In recent years Andrea volunteers her time and legal knowledge to Cobb Justice Foundation Probate Clinic, AVLF, and takes on probono criminal matters. Andrea volunteers with the nonpartisan organization Election Protection by aiding in the documentation of voting rights issues that may lead to future litigation.
Andrea is also an active member of the Cobb County Graduate Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc, where she participates in service projects, community building, and political activism in the Cobb County area.
