Benjamin J. Hillis joined Gray, Rust, St. Amand, Moffett & Brieske as an associate, with his practice focusing on insurance defense litigation. Benjamin’s primary focus is on construction defects and premises liability. Prior to joining the firm, Benjamin worked for a well-respected insurance defense litigation firm in Buckhead.
Benjamin obtained his bachelor’s degree in History from Young Harris College in 2018 and received his Juris Doctor from Mercer University in 2021. While attending law school, Benjamin clerked for several different law firms with a focus on real estate, estate planning, and personal injury.
Benjamin currently lives in Peachtree City with his wife and two daughters.
