Kyle Joyce is an associate at Gray, Rust, St. Amand, Moffett & Brieske and represents individuals and companies in a wide variety of civil litigation in state and federal courts. Prior to joining the firm, Kyle worked as a litigator focusing primarily on the defense of personal injury and premises claims for several major insurance companies. He also clerked for the Honorable John M. Ott in the Alcovy Judicial Circuit and a was a public defender.
Kyle graduated magna cum laude from George Washington University with degrees in Economics and Classical Humanities. He attended Wake Forest School of Law where he was awarded the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for Constitutional Law II. While attending law school, Kyle worked with the Mediation Project with Wake Forest University and the City of Winston-Salem as well as the Business and Community Laws Clinic and the Innocence and Justice Clinic. Kyle is admitted to practice in all courts in Georgia as well as the United States District Courts for the Middle and Northern Districts.
