Insurance Defense
Regina Taylor is an attorney at Gray, Rust, St. Amand, Moffett & Brieske practicing primarily in premises liability defense and commercial general liability defense. Regina has over thirteen years of experience in the insurance industry, serving as an underwriter, claims adjuster, as plaintiff counsel for various insurance carriers in subrogation matter, and as defense counsel in automobile and premises liability matters. Regina obtained both her Master of Law in Advocacy and Dispute Resolution and Juris Doctorate at the Faulkner Thomas Goode Jones School of Law. She has also obtained her Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and Bachelor of Arts Degree from Oral Roberts University.
Regina’s education, experience, and certification as a neutral with the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution has helped her resolve numerous cases over the years for various clients. Regina is licensed in all Superior and State courts of Georgia, the Georgia Court of Appeals and Supreme Court, as well as the United States District Court of the Northern District of Georgia. She is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, the Georgia Defense Lawyers Association, and Defense Research Institute.
