Scott D. Gershkow joined Gray, Rust, St. Amand, Moffett & Brieske as an attorney, with his practice focusing on insurance defense litigation, particularly automobile negligence, premises liability, products liability, and subrogation litigation and is dual licensed in both Georgia and Florida. Prior to joining the firm, Scott worked for a well-respected insurance defense litigation firm and has substantial experience representing claimants in personal injury matters.
Scott obtained his bachelor’s degree in History from the University of Central Florida in 2012 and received his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law in 2016. While attending law school, Scott was a member of the Moot Court Society, competing in two competitions, and was a Senior Staff Editor for the ILSA Journal of International and Comparative Law.
