Will Carson is an associate at Gray, Rust, St. Amand, Moffett, and Brieske where he practices civil defense litigation. Previously, Will practiced at a well-known civil defense firm in Atlanta where he focused on insurance coverage, premises liability, and automobile negligence. He has been admitted to the State Bar of Georgia since 2015. He is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia and before the Georgia Court of Appeals.
In 2012, Will graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in political science. He then attended Emory University School of Law. At Emory, Will was involved in the Emory Law School Supreme Court Advocacy Project as well as moot court, where he competed and coached for the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition team.
While not practicing law, Will enjoys gardening, photography, and spending time with his partner and their Golden Retriever, Nash.
