Originally from El Paso, Texas, Ernest attended the University of Alabama where he received his undergraduate degree in Interdisciplinary Studies in 2018 and subsequently his law degree in 2021.
Ernest gained valuable experience during law school spending his time as an extern with the Lawyers Committee for Civil Right under Law and clerking at the Northern District of Alabama with the Hon. Judge L. Scott Coogler. Prior to his time at the firm, Ernest began his career as a real estate attorney handling commercial and residential transactions and then transitioned into the role of plaintiff’s counsel at a defective construction litigation firm.
He is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, the Georgia Defense Lawyers Association, and Defense Research Institute.
